Bersesuaian dengan isu hangat kekeliruan penggunaan perkataan 'Allah' didalam penerbitan gereja Kristian.
Kelmarin Ahli Parlimen Baling, Dato Taib Azamuddin semasa pembahasan di Parlimen mengenai isu ini mengulas "Allah yang mana" yang mereka maksudkan. Kita biasa mendengar orang Cina menyebut 'Tuhan Alah'.
Sesiapa yang pernah mengambil subjek TITAS (Tamaddun Islam Tamadun Asia Tenggara) dahulu ada mengajar mengenai agama-agama mereka iaitu Hindu,Budha, Kristian dan sebagainya, juga yang tidak beragama dipanggil "pagan" serta yang tidak mempercayai agama di panggil ateis .
Agama Budha,Kristian dan Hindu dipanggil agama langit. Tutor saya ada menyebut mereka juga percaya Tuhan yang betul ialah Allah cuma mereka menggunakan perantaraan.
Di dalam Kristian, mereka mendakwa 'God' di dalam bible mereka tu adalah Allah iaitu bapa kepada jesus mereka dan suami kepada Mary mereka . Namun begitu tiada sepatah pun di dalam bible yang menyebut perkataan Allah. Begitu juga dengan agama Hindu dan Budha.
Namun begitu, orang Kristian di Indonesia telah menggunakan perkataan Allah. Contohnya lirik lagu Agnes Monica (Kristian) yang bertajuk "Allah Peduli".
Di sini jelas menunjukkan keburukan jika mereka dibenarkan menggunakan perkataan Allah walau pun tidak sama dengan Allah SWT kita.
Tidak mustahil orang Islam yang kerana fanatik atau pun jahil tentang Islam menyanyikan lagu tersebut. Saya yang kurang ilmu agama ni berpendapat adalah murtad menyanyikan lagu tersebut walaupun ia hanya sekadar lirik lagu sahaja kerana Allah yang Agnes Monica itu adalah bapa Jesus mereka.
Jadi kepada peminat Agnes Monica khasnya dan peminat lagu-lagu Indonesia amnya..berhati-hatilah! Mungkinkah Agnes Monica cuba mengkristiankan orang Islam!

Why only muslim in Malaysia overreact over this issue?There is no problem for Christian in Indonesia and Christian Arabs using the word 'Allah'.Allah is an Arabic word for God.It doesn't mean Muslim God.Even the pagan Arabs who predated Islam had been using the word 'Allah' ever since.No specific Law states that Allah is only for Muslim.If you think that Allah is a creator of the world who has created muslim and non-muslim,therefore the word 'Allah' is applicable to all.Allah doesn't prohibit non-muslim from calling Him Allah.Christian uses the term with high respect.
In any way boycotting is a very stupid and uncivilized act.To artline,may I know how is the progress of boycotting American product?If you are truly boycotting American products,I suggest you to stop using reference book as a study aid if you are in Uni now(since most of the books in tertiary level are from America),throw your computer now because the operating system(Windows Xp etc) you are using now is American product,ask your friends who work in KFC,McDonald or Starbuck to quit their job.We see what will gonna happen.If you enjoy it,that's good.

To isuhangat- God(Allah) is not Mary's husband. Mary's husband is Joseph the Son of David. Though Jesus' earthly father was Joseph, Jesus never came through Joseph. Mary was filled with the Holy Spirit and conceived Jesus.
When Christians say Allah is Jesus' Father, they mean Heavenly Father, not biological father. Jesus came from heaven, not from earth. I know it may sound weird to you all and rather impossible because you all believe it is a blasphemy to call God "Father". But didn't the Jews thought so, too? When Jesus was tried before the Sanhedrin, they asked Him, “Are You then the Son of God?” So He said to them, “You rightly say that I am.” And they said, “What further testimony do we need? For we have heard it ourselves from His own mouth.” Even the Jews accused Him of blasphemy.
Do you believe that God is omnipresent? If you believe God is omnipresent and that He is your Heavenly Father who loves you and cares for you(not one who's ready to bring the hammer down each time you make a mistake), wouldn't you want to entrust your life into His hands? Into the hands of a Father who is everywhere all the time, no matter where you may be, even under a fallen house?
And as Christians, we have the assurance of eternal life in heaven through faith and not by works. How can we as imperfect beings ever make it to Heaven by our works? Even Mohammad didn't have that assurance.
And in the Koran, it says that Isa is the final judge. If Isa is the final judge, why not trust Him and believe Him???

Prophet Muhammad s.a.w WAS assured a place in heaven.
And no, Isa is not the final judge.
The last MESEENGER is Prophet Muhammad. Isa (Jesus) was a messenger too, but Muhammad was the last one.
The only one who has the right to judge us is none other than the one and only, God Almighty, Allah S.W.T.

Dear readers, it is not a problem to use the term " ALLAH" in all religions but it depends to the person who is judging the issue. Here in Malaysia, the people need to respect each other and so with the religions. It has been written in the "PERLEMBAGAAN NEGARA" that Islam is the official religion of Malaysia and the citizens from other religions respects that issue. But, the problem is, why the Muslim can't respect other religions like other religions does? I'm not writing this to start a fight between religions but it is the truth? The word "ALLAH" itself is a term referring to GOD in the Arabian areas. Isn't that clear enough and since when the term "ALLAH" is only allowed to be used in Islam? That does not make any sense at all! Be RATIONAL, THE PEOLPLE OF MALAYSIA!!! THINK FOR THE SAKE OF OUR BELOVED NATION FREEDOM AND UNITY. DONT JUDGE THE ISSUE WITHOUT THINKING FIRST..THANK YOU...
