One of the most incredible weight loss story!

This is the amazing weight lost story of David Smith, who lost 401 pounds!

I used to weigh 630 pounds. I have been overweight all my life. I was close to death. I was written off by everyone, even myself. All of a sudden I woke up it seemed from my despair and I realized feeling sorry about my life wasn't going to solve my problems. I decided to change my existence.

I weigh 229 now, I lost 401 pounds but I have excess skin. I wear a Large shirt and I can fit in a 34 waist. WEIGHTLOSS IS DONE! When I first started losing it was hard, I could only walk 500ft. I can now walk for days. I had problems doing everything, but I persevered over every obstacle. People used to laugh in my face, take pictures, and other degrading stuff. Now its another story getting buff, and so on. All within 3 years of starting. Crazy part is that I'm only half done! I want to be around 230 solid cut up when done.

I need surgery to remove excess skin, all my surgeries have been recorded for TV and will probably air next year. I have had 2 surgeries so far. One on Dec 7th and one on Feb 28th. These two surgeries removed 22.5 pounds of skin. The average person has 7 to 8 pounds of skin. My upper body is almost done I just need one more surgery. My lower body needs a inner thigh lift as well.

PERSOALAN yang dibangkitkan oleh klpos.com sejak beberapa hari lalu akhirnya terjawab. Ayah Altantuya sendiri mengesahkan anaknya bukan Islam dan nama Amina itu adalah panggilan bagi anak perempuan pertama di negara asalnya. Berikutan petikan berita dari blog seorang pengunjung klpos.com.

�Anak saya bukan model� dan �anak saya tidak pernah masuk Islam�. Itulah diantara fakta yang menarik diterima daripada bapa kepada Altantuya sewaktu sidang akhbar bersama dengan NGO Malaysia pagi tadi di Dewan Perhimpunan Cina Selangor.

En Shaaribuu menjelaskan kepada media tentang kesalahan fakta mengenai anaknya yang sering dilaporkan oleh media terutamanya media Malaysia. Pertama, anaknya bukan model. Altantuya adalah seorang penterjemah sepenuh masa yang fasih dalam bahasa Cina, Russia, Inggeris, Perancis dan Mongolia.

Disamping itu, media Malaysia juga mengatakan bahawa Altantuya adalah seorang Muslim yang bernama Aminah Bt. Abdullah. Sebenarnya di Mongolia, anak perempuan pertama memang dipanggil Amina.

Lihatlah bagaimana media memainkan fakta untuk menunjukkan yang Altantuya bukanlah seorang yang baik untuk melupakan fakta yang beliau telah dibunuh dan melibatkan pimpinan politik tertinggi.

�Amina�, yes but there is no �Aminah�

Ini pula kenyataan dari blog bekas wartawan Malaysiakini yang kini berkerja di Bangkok.

Mr Steve Shariibuu explaining to the NGOs and reporters today about the relationship between husband and wife, and why the first child is called �Amina�.

Altantuya was never a Muslim. So said her father Stev Sharibuu in Kuala Lumpur. She was called �Amina� because �Amina� is a Mongolian word for �my life, my own�.

�She was a precious love for me and my wife. That�s why I call her Amina�.

She was his eldest daughter, the first. Mongolians believe that when a man and a woman come together and have a child, the first is called �Amina�. Because Mongolians also believe that when a couple do not have a child, the two may go their separate ways.

Shariibuu refuted the speculation that his daughter was ever married to Abdul Razak Baginda, accused for abetting in her murder. If there was a marriage certificate, he said, it would be fake.

He said Baginda would probably try to show that he had a husband and wife relationship with Altantuya, to show that he had no involvement in the murder.

The zoologist adopted his bizarre outfit in the hope of getting closer to a colony of Nile crocodiles, which can grow up to 20ft.

His disguise was a prosthetic head attached to the front of a protective metal cage covered with canvas and a generous plastering of hippo dung to mask his human scent.

It was 13ft long - average Nile size. The head was made of glass fibre, while the frame of the body was aluminium covered with a sheet of Kevlar body armour.
