200 e-mel kritik CTOS dipadam

KUALA LUMPUR 4 Julai – Isu pencerobohan laman web Jabatan Insolvency Malaysia cukup serius apabila 200 e-mel orang ramai yang mengkritik Credit Tip Off Service Sdn. Bhd. (CTOS) dipadam dan diganti dengan surat supaya agensi itu dikekalkan.
Kandungan e-mel yang dihantar oleh pihak tidak bertanggungjawab itu - setelah memadamkan e-mel asli - antara lain cuba mempengaruhi fikiran orang ramai bahawa CTOS itu bagus.
Timbalan Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Datuk M. Kayveas berkata, pihaknya memandang serius cubaan pihak tertentu yang cuba mensabotaj laman web tersebut.
“Ia juga menerangkan faedah yang diperoleh jika CTOS digunakan secara menyeluruh,” katanya ketika dihubungi oleh Utusan Malaysia di sini hari ini.
Utusan Malaysia hari ini melaporkan laman web Jabatan Insolvency Malaysia yang diwujudkan khas bagi orang awam membuat aduan mengenai masalah berkaitan CTOS telah diceroboh oleh pihak tertentu.
Laman web yang mula beroperasi sejak Khamis lalu cuba diceroboh oleh pihak tertentu untuk memindahkan data aduan yang disimpan di dalamnya.
Pencerobohan itu dibuat begitu terperinci supaya e-mel yang dihantar pengadu sampai ke laman web tertentu dan bukannya tersimpan di dalam laman web Insolvency.
Kayveas berkata, pihaknya terpaksa memindahkan sebahagian data yang tersimpan di dalam laman web tersebut ke dalam laman web yang lebih selamat.
Dalam perkembangan sama, beliau memberitahu, pihaknya masih belum membuat keputusan sama ada ingin membuat laporan polis atau tidak berhubung perkara tersebut.
Jelasnya, beliau bimbang jika laporan polis dibuat ia akan menjejaskan sebarang usaha yang dilakukan oleh pihaknya untuk menghentikan penggunaan CTOS.
‘‘Saya adakan perbincangan dengan pegawai saya terlebih dulu,” katanya.
Ditanya siapakah pihak yang cuba menceroboh laman web itu, beliau memberitahu pihaknya percaya ia dilakukan oleh pihak yang berkepentingan dalam isu ini.
Beliau menambah, sesiapa yang mempunyai masalah berkaitan CTOS masih boleh terus menghantar aduan ke laman web www.insolvency.gov.my kerana ia kini dilindungi daripada diceroboh.
Info Hangat: Cara elak iklan ketika melayari internet
Ada juga iklan dihasilkan menggunakan program yang dipasang tanpa
pengetahuan pengguna (spyware) atau dipasang dengan pengetahuan pengguna (adware).
Beberapa langkah pencegahan atau pengurangan kemasukan iklan boleh dilakukan termasuk:
- pastikan OS menggunakan patch terkini kerana program malware akan mengeksploitasi setiap kelemahannya;
- jika menggunakan Internet Explorer, pastikan gunakan patch terkini. Anda boleh juga menggunakan browser alternatif seperti Mozilla Firefox (mozilla.com) atau Opera (opera.com);(klik logo mozilla di ruangan tepi blog isuhangat untuk download secara percuma)
- baca kotak popup sebelum klik "OK". Ada juga iklan yang menyerupai kekotak dialog dari windows. Pastikan anda klik 'X' dan bukan "OK";
- jika menggunakan Firefox, anda boleh dapatkan perluasan seperti "NoScript" untuk membenarkan penggunaan Javascript di laman-laman web tertentu yang anda percaya. Untuk mengelak iklan dari jenis flash pula, anda boleh dapatkan perluasan "Adblock";
- jangan melayari laman web yang diragui, seperti porno, cracks, dan warez;
- dapatkan program anti spyware seperti Spy Bot Search & Destroy, IE-SPYAD, Spyware Blaster dan Windows defender (masih dalam beta) untuk mengesan program yang diragui. Anda juga boleh menggunakan program berkenaan serentak tidak semua program boleh mengesan segala spyware dan malware;
- browser terkini seperti Firefox, Internet Explorer dan Opera, kini mempunyai pilihan untuk menghalang pop-up. Aktifkan ciri itu.
- jangan pasang program-program dari laman web yang diragui.

Ingredients:
- 1 Lemon
- Ice cubes
- Sprigs of Mint
- Sugar, to taste
- 1 large Pineapple
- 4 Passion fruit (optional)
Method:
- Put the pineapple through the juicer.
- Add the juice of a lemon and pour into a jug of ice.
- Stir in the flesh and seeds of 3 passionfruit and top with the remainder.
- Depending in the sweetness and ripeness of the pineapple add sugar.
- Garnish with mint.
Tip: Pour lemon juice with sugar and a little salt into ice trays, to make cubes which can be used for instant lemonade.
Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 2½ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- Whipped Cream
- 2½ cup Light Cream
- Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
- 6 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
Method:
- Mix cocoa, salt, and sugar.
- Add milk. Heat to dissolve.
- Add light cream, cinnamon, vanilla. Heat to just under boiling.
- Mix very well and pour into warm mug.
- Top with whipped cream, and cocoa powder.
Tip: Use less sugar and make your tea taste different by dissolving old-fashioned lemon drops, or hard mint candy in your tea.

Ans: You tend to eat junk food when the habits are irregular and your body's enzyme release for digestion gets confused.
Qn: How can I control cholesterol content without using medicines?
Ans: Control diet, walk and eat walnut.
Qn: Can yoga prevent heart ailments?
Ans: Yoga helps.
Qn: Which is the best and worst food for the heart?
Ans: Best food is fruits,chapathi's(without oil) worst are oil.

Qn: What is the routine checkup one should go through? Is there any specific test?
Ans: Routine blood test to ensure sugar, cholesterol is ok. Check BP, Treadmill test after an echo.
Qn: What are the first aid steps to be taken on a heart attack?
Ans: Help the person into a sleeping position, put an aspirin tablet under the tongue with a sorbitrate tablet if available, and rush him to a coronary care unit since the maximum casualty takes place within the first hour.
Qn: How do you differentiate between pain caused by a heart attack and that caused due to gastric trouble?
Ans: Extremely difficult without ECG.
Qn: What is the main cause of a steep increase in heart problems amongst youngsters? I see people of about 30-40 yrs of age having heart attacks and serious heart problems.
Ans: Increased awareness has increased incidents. Also, edentary lifestyles, smoking,junk food, lack of exercise in a country where people are genetically three times more vulnerable for heart attacks than Europeans and Americans.
Qn: Is it possible for a person to have BP outside the normal range of 120/80 and yet be perfectly healthy?
Ans: Yes.
Qn: Marriages within close relatives can lead to heart problems for the child. Is it true?
Ans : Yes, co-sanguinity leads to congenital abnormalities and you may not have a software engineer as a child
Qn: Many of us have an irregular daily routine and many a times we have to stay late nights in office. Does this affect our heart? What precautions would you recommend?
Ans : When you are young, nature protects you against all these irregularities. However, as you grow older, respect the biological clock.
Qn: Will taking anti-hypertensive drugs cause some other complications (short / long term)?
Ans : Yes, most drugs have some side effects. However, modern anti-hypertensive drugs are extremely safe.
Qn: Will consuming more coffee/tea lead to heart attacks?
Ans : No.
Qn: Are asthma patients more prone to heart disease?
Ans : No.
Qn: How would you define junk food?
Ans : Fried food like Kentucky , McDonalds, samosas, and even masala dosas.
Qn: You mentioned that Indians are three times more vulnerable. What is the reason for this, as Europeans and Americans also eat a lot of junk food?
Ans : Every race is vulnerable to some disease and unfortunately, Indians are vulnerable for the most expensive disease.
Qn: Does consuming bananas help reduce hypertension?
Ans : No.
Qn: Can a person help himself during a heart attack (Because we see a lot of forwarded emails on this)?
Ans : Yes. Lie down comfortably and put an aspirin tablet of any description under the tongue and ask someone to take you to the nearest coronary care unit without any delay and do not wait for the ambulance since most of the time, the ambulance does not turn up.
Qn: Do, in any way, low white blood cells and low hemoglobin count lead to heart problems?
Ans : No. But it is ideal to have normal hemoglobin level to increase your exercise capacity.
Qn: Sometimes, due to the hectic schedule we are not able to exercise. So, does walking while doing daily chores at home or climbing the stairs in the house, work as a substitute for exercise?
Ans : Certainly. Avoid sitting continuously for more than half an hour and even the act of getting out of the chair and going to another chair and sitting helps a lot.
Qn: Is there a relation between heart problems and blood sugar?
Ans: Yes. A strong relationship since diabetics are more vulnerable to heart attacks than non-diabetics.
Qn: What are the things one needs to take care of after a heart operation?
Ans : Diet, exercise, drugs on time. Control cholesterol, BP, weight.
Qn: Are people working on night shifts more vulnerable to heart disease when compared to day shift workers?
Ans : No.
Qn: What are the modern anti-hypertensive drugs?
Ans : There are hundreds of drugs and your doctor will chose the right combination for your problem, but my suggestion is to avoid the drugs and go for natural ways of controlling blood pressure by walk, diet to
reduce weight and changing attitudes towards lifestyles.
Qn: Does dispirin or similar headache pills increase the risk of heart attacks?
Ans : No.
Qn: Why is the rate of heart attacks more in men than in women?
Ans : Nature protects women till the age of 45.
Qn: How can one keep the heart in a good condition?
Ans : Eat a healthy diet, avoid junk food, exercise everyday, do not smoke and, go for a health checkup if you are past the age of 30 for at least once in two yrs. And work very hard and Enjoy ur Life...

Graduan Melayu bila pergi temuduga
Mereka ni grad dari pelabagai U dan dari pelbagai jenis tahap pembelajaran dari bidang berkaitan ICT.
Kisah yang aku nak ceritakan sila ambik iktibar dan tolong jgn amalkan bila nak mintak kerja...
Kisah selepas aku pergi iklankan jawatan kat JTR :
Aku dapat panggilan telefon dari bebudak ni dan di antara soalan atau jawapan mereka.
1) "Helo, saya nak apply jawatan sebagai Jr Programmer, Gaji berapa?"
2) "Saya nak apply jawatan yang nombor 1 tu"katanya. Dan saya tanya balik. "Apa nama jawatan yang awak nak apply tu?" saya tanya. Dan dia jawab, "Entah le, saya tak pergi JTR tadi, kawan saya yang bagi tahu ada kosong".
3)" Ni company melayu ke?"
4) "Apsal susah sgt requirement yang company Encik mintak? Tak leh kurang kan sikit ke?" (yang ni bila dia baca bab minimun requirement.)
5) " Kerja kat Ipoh je ke, atau kena transfer tempat lain?"
Yang ni pulak bila aku dah shortlisted dan panggil interview..
Generally,Bila aku tanya beberapa soalan, diorang akan jawab yang lebih kurang sama camni :
Soalan (s) : Dari scale 1 hingga 10 (10 yg terbaik), berapa yang awak letakkan skill dan knowledge awak?
Jawapan (j) : Lebih kurang..aaa...emmm... 4. Sebab saya lecturer saya tak ajar dulu.hee..hee..(dia gelak)
(Jenis yang bergantung pada buku, dan tak reti-reti nak tambah ilmu, sebab dia bukan minat sangat kerja yang dia nak mintak!)
s: Dah tu kalau lecturer awak tak ajar, ada tak awak cuba belajar sendiri?
j: Mana ada..lagipun saya tak berapa study on the practical side. Saya lebihkan study untuk exam je..
(jenis ni yang belajar untuk exam je..final year project upah orang buat)
s: Boleh tak awak buat satu code yang buat connection ngan database? Dengan mengunakan text editor?
j: Tak boleh lah..sebab saya dah lama tinggal bab ni dan dah lama tak pegang.
(dia dah lama tinggal bab tu, tapi nak apply kerja yang melibatkan bab tu..)
s: Dengan pengetahuan dan juga pengalaman asas awak yang (sikit sangat) camni, awak rasa boleh ke awak buat kerja yang saya nak bagi ni?
j: Boleh tapi makan masa sikit le, sebab saya nak kena belajar balik.
s:agak2 berapa lama masa yang awak ambik untuk belajar balik semua benda yang saya list out tadi.
j: Benda yang encik nak tu, dulu dah belajar dah, tapi saya dah lupa, jadi saya rasa untuk belajar balik semasa kerja ngan company encik, maybe ambik masa 6 ke 7 bulan.
s: Hm.. 6 ke 7 bulan ye..habis tu, masa tempoh tu, berapa gaji yang awak expect awak akan dapat?
j: Saya tak demand encik, sebab saya ni tak berapa cekap sangat dan jugak tak berapa tahu sangat pasal kerja ni,Jadi, encik bayar gaji saya dalam RM 1400 ke RM 1600 pun saya terima.
( Ada tak mana2 company yang nak bayar gaji sebanyak tu untuk staff yang belum tentu mendatangkan hasil? )
s: Memandangkan skill dan juga knowledge awak mengenai task yang awak kena buat ni agak rendah., boleh tak kalau syarikat kami berikan awak peluang untuk membuktikan kemampuan awak selama 3 bulan, tetapi gaji yang awak akan dapat tu rendah dari apa yang awak harapkan. Dan selepas 3 bulan, sekiranya awak perform, maka kami akan bagi gaji penuh dan dikira sebagi confirm.
j: Saya rasa tak boleh lah, sebab saya ni degree holder, walaupun saya tak tahu nak buat kerja2 tu semua, encik kena nilaikan degree yang saya ada..
(Hmm...no komen..)
Dan banyak lagi. Dan aku rasa tak perlu lah aku sambung kisah sedih anak bangsaku mintak kerja...
Cuma nasihat ihklas aku, dan sebagai mewakili industri yang ambik orang kerja.. tolong lah persiapkan diri dengan knowledge dan juga skill yang bersesuaian dgn kerja yang nak di mintak tu..(tak smestinya companies nak ambik orang yang pernah ada pengalaman 2 -3 tahun)
Dan sebagai ICT punya orang, korang tak boleh expect ilmu yang di ajar tu je sudah mencukupi untuk korang dapat kerja, sebab ada kawan aku yang cuma ada SPM tapi dia punya knowledge dan juga skill ICT ngalahkan software engineer.Ini semua sebab dia ambik inisiatif untuk belajar sendiri.
Kalau zaman 80 -an dulu maybe le boleh demand,lepas grad je dah ada kerja kerajaan, jadi pegawai...zaman ni? Ada degree pun kena kait sawit..
Kalau korang tanya soalan,"Melayu je ke camni? Cina tak de ke buat perangai ni?"rasa-rasa jawapan korang apa? Jawapan aku "Dont Know and dont care, sebab dia bukan sedara segamaku.."
